For the last several years, the parishes of the Roxbury – Dorchester Mission Hub have observed Lent through a sharing of meals and prayer moving from one church to another. While we may not be able to break bread together, the practice of praying together continues on a virtual basis. We began the season of Lent this last Wednesday, February 17, 2021. This Sunday is the first Sunday in this time of reflection. Due to the pandemic, St. Cyprian’s will not be having an Ash Wednesday service this year. We do invite you to join Bishop Alan M. Gates presiding and Dean Amy McCreath preaching at St. Paul’s Cathedral for a virtual Ash Wednesday at noon, February 17, 2021 at noon. The Annual Meeting of our congregation is being postponed until February 14, 2021 at 11:30 am. We did not reach sufficient registrations to achieve a quorum for the January 24^th meeting. You must register for the February meeting by the 7^th of February. If you have email access, you may register directly on our Zoom account here. Again, our annual meeting has been rescheduled for February 14, 2021 at 11:30 am following our Sunday devotion. Please register by February 7^th so that we can ensure we have a quorum to do business.

The Annual General Meeting of the parish will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2021 following the service. The meeting will be by Zoom and registration is required.
