The Men’s Fellowship of St. Cyprian’s announces its annual Breakfast in honor of St. Andrew, the first-called of the Apostles. The proceeds from this event go to support the annual scholarships given to graduating high school seniors admitted to higher education. The speaker at this year’s breakfast will be our own Rev. Deacon Julian Fredie. The event begins at 8:15 am, the Edrick Bain Hall. Donations: $12.00 for adults and $6.00 for children 12 yrs and under. Here is the flyer.

Ms. Munroe died October 20, 2012. Affectionately known as “the Bishop,” Ms. Munroe guided and nurtured many generations of St. Cyprian’s members. We will celebrate the gift of her life among us in the service of God on Friday, October 26, 2012. The visitation will take place at St. Cyprian’s from 10:00 am until the funeral service at 11:00 am also at St. Cyprian’s.
May she rest in peace.
Every year for the past several years, the vestry has sponsored a Walk-A-Thon around the golf course at Franklin Park.This year’s walk takes place on September 22, 2012 starting at 7:00 AM. Proceeds are dedicated to the Building Fund. If you are interested in participating as a walker or as a sponsor of a worker, please send a note to the office: Walk-A-Thon.
2012 Dinner Dance

The Dinner Dance will be held Annunciation Auditorium, 7 VFW Parkway West Roxbury, MA 02132. The festivities begin at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $30.00 in advance of the event and $35.00 at the door. If you want further information, please drop a note to: Dinner Dance. The proceeds from this event will go to the parish’s Building Fund.
On September the 9th, we celebrate the Feast of St. Cyprian, Bishop and Martyr. The patronal feast marks the beginning of many parish programs. The Sunday School is being reconstituted, the annual dinner dance will be held, and numerous other activities. Visit this site often to stay updated.

Fr. Williams’ Installation as St. Cyprian’s Rector

Williams as the seventh rector of St. Cyprian’s Episcopal Church. The service will take place at 5:00 pm, Sunday, April 29, 2012. This will be a most festive occasion! The Rt. Rev. M. Thomas Shaw, SSJE, Bishop of Massachusetts, will be principal celebrant. A reception follows in the Edrick Bain Church Hall. There will be no 10:30 am Eucharist on the 29th.
