St. Cyprian’s will be joining its partners—St. Augustine-St. Martin and St. Mary’s—for a morning of worship and celebration at Franklin Park (Pierpoint Road off of Circuit Drive). The three partners have created a mission hub—Roxbury-Dorchester Power in Community—an outreach ministry supported by the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts.

Worship will begin at 10:00 am. Following the worship service, there will be picnic with games, food, and fellowship.

Directions:

From Mattapan Square: drive up Blue Hill Avenue (Rte 28) towards downtown, pass Franklin Field and Talbot Ave on your right. Go through light at edge of park (intersection with American Legion Highway) and stay on Blue Hill Ave. Next light at Columbia Road intersection, turn left into the park.

From Roxbury and Grove Hall: Take Blue Hill Avenue, through the light at Seaver Street. At next light turn right into the park. Once on Circuit Drive, (the road that goes through the park) drive to Pierpoint Road and take a right onto Pierpoint and continue to the park area.

The 10:30 am Sung Eucharist will not be celebrated at St. Cyprian’s on the 12th.
